This is a national service dog registry database available to the public. The purpose of this registry is to identify working partners. This organization warrants that it has done as much due diligence as possible to insure the accuracy of the information to ascertain that the partners are working and that the dogs are deserving of service dog status.
Certain information has been withheld to protect the privacy of individuals. For more information, ask the holder of the ID card provided.
NOTE that per the ADA laws it is against the law to present a dog as a working service dog when it is NOT. This is punishable by fine and/or imprisonment. It is also against the ADA laws to restrict access to a person with a service dog under most conditions.
